The Senior Managers

Peter Quayle

Pete

Establishing the company in 2012 alongside his family, Pete works in the role of Managing Director, overseeing Jigsaw Blue’s complete operation.

Pete suggested to his family to start Jigsaw Blue after his brother-in-law had a motorbike accident resulting in an acquired brain injury. The passion to support people grew stronger and Jigsaw Blue was created on a dark stormy night (ask him to tell you that story!)

With over 30 years in an executive roles, Pete’s knowledge of corporate processes shines through Jigsaw Blue.

Pete’s operational leadership experience comes from his background working at Honeywell, James Hardie, BCA and NEC just to mention a few.

He possesses the skills to drive Jigsaw Blue and its team to where it has become today- a quality player in the industry. Pete continues to lead with vision, and always delivering our organisations goals.

In Pete’s spare time he enjoys trying new restaurants, fishing, and travelling.

Deb Quayle

Deb

After being involved in the disability field since 1992, Deb established Jigsaw Blue alongside her family in 2012 where she is now a recognised leader throughout the Disability industry.

She has a passion for leading her team to be at the highest level of quality to deliver the best outcomes for Jigsaw Blue, it’s clients, participants and staff.

Deb began her career as a Disability Support Worker at a day service in Melbourne from 1994 until 2009 after which she then joined a private service provider that decided to focus specifically on residential care. This was highly successful and before long she'd made her way up to being the General Manager of the organisation.

With an extensive history of demonstrated leadership, Debs role is our Director of Services and enjoys passing on her knowledge to grow Jigsaw Blue into the company it has become today - 100% focussed around our clients, participants and staff.

Deb also devotes a lot of her time supporting numerous causes such as The Cancer Council, R U OK?, The Royal Melbourne Hospital and various other worthy causes. She spends her spare time with her

growing family and her beautiful french bulldog 'Paris'.

Cutting edge mobile technology and easy to use Apps ensures that all our Carers have instant access to the latest information when supporting our participants.

When Dan isn’t working, he enjoys taking his dog Hugo (yes...also a frenchie!) for walks and exploring different restaurants with friends and family.
